COULD YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT DOES IT MEAN

The green oval with L/B indicates lean / burn. It indicates that your air to fuel mixture is not correct.

This is probably due to an engine misfire, I would start by changing the spark plugs, here is a couple of guides to help you get the problem fixed.
