1999 Hyundai Accent Low Pressure

Car seems to drive some what sluggish. Has a small amount of exhaust coming from tail pipe. This was after a a complete tune up and oil change. Rides smooth put transmission jerks a little when changing gears at times but not always.

The exhaust has my attention. Have you checked to see if the catalytic converter is partially plugged? Check it at night to see if it is glowing red hot after driving the car. If it is, replace it.
