When im driving.I hear a raddling noise in the back around my tires. Not really sure wat it can be. But I does alot of raddling over bumps.I hear it may be my struts and shocks but what do you think an. How can I tell

Chances are the struts / shocks are fine. My first guess would be to check the exhaust system for loose heat shield or a loose converter or resinator. Take a rubber mallot and tap on the exhaust system to see if you can duplicate the noise.
