1997 Hyundai Accent my car vibrates more or the right hand

1. whenever my car is idling, you will detect my right side mirror vibrating very much and then you realize its vibrating more of the right side of the driver. Kindly help on this.
2. Sometime when am in motion you will see the engine going off on its on after applying a slight brake when approaching a junction for a stop.

Is the engine runing smoothly? Since it dies at stops, it may just need a tune up. If that has already been done, have you checked the motor mounts to make sure they are in good condition?
