HVAC problems

My AC and heater started going out about a month ago, it would either totally work fine or not at all. I know the blower works and I bought a new control switch as well, but I still cannot get the blower to kick on. Can you help me?

Check fuse and relay under hood fuse box that may be problem. Then check harness leading from switch to resistor to see if it is melted together. There is a kit that GM sells along with a new resistor for about $125.00 at gmpartsdirect. Com.
