My tiburon's HVAC lights are not working. All the other dash lights work on the car besides that one. Any help? Also, I filled it up with gas and the fuel gauge did not move.

You'll need to removed the HVAC control panel and check for illumination bulbs in the back side. If there are none then the unit most likely needs to be replaced. Some illumination bulbs are serviceable and others are soldered into the HVAC circuit board.

If the fuel gauge reads empty all the time. It is most likely the fuel level sensor inside the fuel tank causing this. But I could be a disconnected/broken wire to and from the fuel level sensor and the instrument cluster. Lastly, it could be the gauge itself.
