This is far to the passenger side behind the glove box. With the glove box out, I can access the front screw but can't find a way to remove the rear screw to remove the actuator.

Yep, the second screw is a little tough to get to, here are the instructions on how to change the air inlet blend door actuator out so we can be on the same page and know where the screws are located. The trouble is the blind location right above the electrical plug. I would use a 1/4-inch ratchet and a torx bit socket with should do the trick. They also make a torx bit wrench that might help as well. If you can upload some images of what you are seeing could help me as well. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

I assume step 2 refers to steps for removing the center console, steering column and then dash?

That is the actuator I'm swapping though the picture looks like it is with the dash off and laying upside down. Screws are Philips still with factory torque paint marks. Philips bit in 1/4" socket doesn't fit with clearance to the firewall.

Yep, some of these actuators are not in the best spot, you will need to rig something or start taking things apart so you can get to it. Here are the instructions to help remove the HVAC plenum. I would drain the cooling system and have the AC vacuumed down if needed. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
