HVAC panel mode door actuator location needed

Car blows good heat but it blows out all vents floor and defrost changing selector has no effect Blend doors are working I think it's the HVAC panel mode door actuator. Can't find any info as to where it is located. Car has dual climate control, but like I said actuators are working set them to warm or cold they respond most air coming from vent but also floor and defrost but not as strong as vent.

You are correct that this is most likely the mode door actuator motor. However, this is a vacuum motor so we need to make sure the vacuum is there. I would just unhook the line from the motor (if it is not already off) and connect it to a vacuum gauge and then move the position and find out if it is applying the proper vacuum.
