2006 Hummer H3 removal of brake pads

if the caliper does not come off how do i compress the 4 pistons after pads are removed?

You can use an old pad, and a prybar. or grab the edge with pliers. After you compress, one side(ex. inboard), wedge it or install a new pad, and then do the other side(outboard).
