2005 Hummer H2 Alarm

A week ago. Got in car to start and alarm went off and wouldn't release key. Battery went dead. Replaced battery with new one and alarm still goes off when I get in etc. And car will not start. Using key fob, pressing red aralm button will not turn off. Electrical system turns on (radio etc) but car will not start. I have read owners manuel and have done the wait 10 minute thing and still wont work.

The 10 minute wait is to bypass the system. If that doesn't work, and I hate to say this, it needs to go to a dealer. They are the only ones that have the proper equipment to diagnose the problem.
