How can I see if the electric fan is good with out machine and if it is how can I directly hook it up to the battery?

I would tell you to unplug the fans wiring connector and use wire to jump from the battery directly to the fan but that would be a lot of jumper wire since your battery is mounted in the back of the car.Best thing is do is use a power probe. Most auto parts stores have tool loaner programs and can rent tools.You might want to look into that.The power probe hooks to your car battery and the probe uses a button to apply electricity to an electric circuit or component to power up or measure voltage and test said circuits and grounds.Here is a tutorial on how to test wiring:
