How to siphon gas from my gas tank?

Hello, I have the car listed above that was in an accident.
The car was total, and I have a full tank of gas that I would like to siphon out, but
the problem is the tank has a restriction stopping the hose. So, I removed
the fuel relay and jump the contacts, and my fuel line is removed from the
fuel rail, and I turn the key on, and I don't get any fuel from the line. Any idea
how to get the fuel pump to pump, don't have time to drop the tank. Thanks
