How to shut off the theft deterrent system

I tried to turn on my car but the car wouldn’t turn on. Said the theft deterrent system was on and I do not know how to shut it off.

Hello,

I would do a hard reboot of the system by holding the negative batter cable to the positive battery terminal for 1 minute to discharge all capacitors. here is a guide to help us fix the problem:
