Good evening.

Do you have manual A/C controls or automatic climate control? it does make a difference.

I have attached a picture for you of the automatic climate control since you have dual controls. it is under the left side of the dash on the side of the heater case.

If you have manual controls then it is a different story. the dash has to be removed to access the actuator.

The labor for the automatic climate control is .8 hours or about fifty minutes.

The labor for the manual is 6.5 hours.

Just the bottom cover under the dash by your feet. It should have a couple of small bolts holding it then you need to get under the dash and up to the side of the heater case.

Thanks a million. Getting a little hard moving around in some places at age 69, but still working on them some but mainly on close friends and adult children's vehicles. So I really appreciate the help immensely. Thanks again, Bill

Glad to help Bill. I am 67 and do not do it anymore. I put in my fifty years and now I teach it.

Happy New Year

I need to replace both actuator's on a 2006 Toyota Sienna, automatic system. Are both sides the same actuator? And do you have a recommendation for what to buy and possibly part numbers? I'd like to go the cheap route so definitely not OEM.

No, they are different. You can call a parts store and they will give you pricing and part numbers so you can search online for the best deal.
