How to put the front passenger wheel seals

I pressed my bearings in and don't even know how to put the seals on because the bearing pretty much just fell out after removing and the original seal was busted. So I bought a new one it's a Duralast 1932s wheel seal. Not sure if I have to put it on the hub first? My car only have 94,000 miles.
