How to bleed the cooling system

Car running hot and I need to bleed the cooling system.

Have coolant system pressure checked for an internal leak unless tank is full then get hot check radiator for cold spots if any then the radiator is bad.

See picture for bleeding system, but I do not think this is the problem.
