how does the fule filter hook up?

i need to know what the fuel filter hooks up .

The fuel filter is an integral part of the fuel sender assembly which is located in the fuel tank. It is mounted on top of the fuel tank in the fuel pump module. It USUALLY doesn't require servicing.
