What oil am I supposed to use 10W30 or 5W30? Mechanic told me that I was 5w30 in the winter months and 10W30 in the summer months, but it also should be synthetic or high mileage. I do not believe that it has what is considered high mileage on the car and I am not quite sure how to change oil in this particular vehicle. I have change the oil in a minivan and I change the oil in a Dodge Daytona, but I have not done one in Sebring and it is set up differently.

We do not have a picture of oil filter location, but you should be able to see where it is located as well as pan drain. the most you would have to do on that is if oil filter drains on to frame put a shield so it will drain into pan. it takes 5w30 oil is what is called for which are on the cans/bottles at auto parts 4.5qts with filter. auto parts can give you correct filter. you can also do what your mechanic says it is really up to you. check out our article yours will be similar.
