Hi,

The oil pump on this vehicle is located in the engine oil pan. To access it, you need to first remove the engine oil pan.

There are two parts to the pan. (See pic 3 below). The first portion will need to be removed first. Once that is off, you will have access to the pick-up tube and screen (see pic 4 for screen removal). The pick-up tube will be removed with the oil pump.

Once that is removed, you can then take the next section off to access the oil pump. It will be located near the oil filter (external) is located.

Once you reach the oil pump, it is just a matter of removal and replacement. The new pump will likely not come with the pick-up tube. Make sure to replace the rubber o-rings where it connects. Also, make sure to lubricate any rubber -o-ring with engine oil prior to reinstallation.

Additionally, when the pump is being removed, it will be followed by a shaft (oil pump intermediate shaft). Pay attention to how it comes out (direction) and reinstall it the same way.

The torque specs are included in the last pic. Also, I highlighted the oil pump and intermediate shaft. I circled the pick-up tube.

Let me know if this helps or if there is anything I can do to help.

Take care,

Joe
