How do I line up the timing marks

I am replacing my timing belt but cant get it to line up with the time mark I brought a new water pump all fourbelts a new thermostat.

That is a big job, fun though as my dad always said it just nuts and bolts. Here are some diagrams to help you let me know if you need anything else and please let me know who it goes.
