Timing belt tension-er it broke small piece on the back is okay to use it like that?

Good morning.

No it is not. The bad tension-er will alter engine timing and could cause engine damage as this is an interference motor.

It is number three in the picture.

To access, you need to remove the cover for the timing belt. In your car, it is a difficult procedure if you have never done it before. Are you planning on performing this repair yourself?
