How is the radiator fan connected to the coolant temperature sensor?

Coolant temperature sensor is not working.

So the temperature sensor feeds information to the PCM which turns the fans on, so are the fans not working? What makes you say the sensor is not working, did you get a trouble code?

No I test sensor with multimeter, and it gives 2.63 cold water and 0.31 hot.

The sensor is working properly based on resistance readings.
