A/C and power windows stopped working

The other day, the air conditioner stopped working. Went to roll window down, they don't work either! Sounds like a fuse deal. But all my fuses under dash are good.

Hello,

There is a 30 amp circuit breaker in the fuse panel that needs to be checked. here is a guide to help test for power on both sides:
