Hot air is always coming out of the fans

Hello, we have a 2007 Ford Bantam 1.3 bakkie. There is only hot air coming out of the fans, even when it is turned to cold and the fans are turned off. What is the easiest/simplest way to fix it or to disable the heater completely? And can I reconnect it easily as well?

Easiest will be to bypass the heater completely. The car interior will be cold though in winter. Bypassing entails having to remove one of the heater hoses and the remaining one just turned to where the other one was removed. Ensure that there are no kinks though. Hope this helps
