Horn sounds on its own when car is parked and it is raining?

Horn sounds when car is parked during heavy rain.

Recently replaced horn relay and fuse - however problem persists.

Yes, this happens when the contact switch inside the steering wheel goes bad and flex's slightly with the weather. If the horn blows when you barely touch it, it can help confirm the issue. Here are the springs that wear or break to cause the issue. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
