How do I remove the front to get to the hooter button?

I have never heard of a "hooter", can you tell me what it is?

Hooter button is the car's horn.

This is not what I wanted to know. How do I remove the steering wheel cover to get to the horn button in the steering wheel?

Hello, I am Danny.

First, disconnect negative battery cable. Using a 5.5mm socket or 1/4 drive ratchet extension press inward through the access holes to release the leaf spring fasteners. Picture is attached. Hope this helps and feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
