88 Honda Prelude rear lights

My 1988 honda prelude rear brake lights are always on, even I turned of the lights or the ignition. Just wondering you guys could tell me where the problem might be!

I belive I can! Under the dash if you follow up the brake pedal youll see a few buttons/switchs on the brake pedal. They have to be readjusted. Have someone stand behind it and push the brake on off swich button all the way in does that turn them off?
