I just recentlly went to get my car smoged for I could re register it. It puled up codes PO300, which is multiple misfires detected and PO301-305 which is misfire detected on cylinders 1 thru 4. Any ideas what might be wrong or where I should start looking. Cuz my check engine light stays on and flashing. I reset the computer and it came back on in like 15 min.

Hi pearlmonkey16,

Misfire codes are usually caused by bad spark plugs or related ignition system coponents such as distributor cap, rotor, wires ignition coils. You should start from here.

You are welcomed and glad to be of service.

Spark plugs might require replacement but other items should be checked before purchase to avoid unnecessary expenditure.
