1990 Honda Prelude Total shut down

What would cause the car to just shut down while driving and not start again.

Hi mcpabby3,

There are so many possible reasons and it would depend on what had caused it.

1. Mechanical, : Timing belt. This might cause major damage to the engine.

2. Fuel related

3. Ignition related.

4. Electrical, ignition switch etc.

5. Controls : ECU
