Hello. I have a 1997 honda passport with a 5speed manual tranny, 4wd. It is stuck in 4wd. I can not get it to go into 2 wheel high. I want to take the transfer case out and see if something is wrong with the actuator/fork inside. Were can I get a parts breakdown list and the procedures for such a task. And what is the difference between a LX and an EX if you know.

I had a 99 Passport. I hated it. Anyway, try putting it in reverse and backing up. If it makes grinding noises, then you have some transfer case problems. If not, with it still running, put it into Neutral and turn the engine off. Now try to put the transfer back to 2H. If this still doesn't work, try with the engine running in Neutral.
