1991 Other Honda Models S3 light comes on at startup

The s3 light and the park light are the only lights at start up the tranny shifts fine but only those two light come on and not all of the others like before any help would be nice.

Which fuses should I check is there a specific one?
Or for good measure check all

There are more than one fuse for all the indicator lights and it is best to check all if any is faulty.

If fuses are good, check if the radio and other components turn on when the igntion switch is turned ON. If no, the ignition switch coudl be bad.
