2007 Honda Odyssey Cabin air filter installation

It is not obvious in my Odyssee (Touring) how to install the cabin air filter. Can you help with the specifics? Perhaps an illustration? Or a video? Or a link?

Hi sukkarieh,

Here are the procedures.

CABIN AIR FILTER

NOTE: Manufacturer's terminology for this filter is dust and pollen filter.

REMOVAL & INSTALLATION

Removal & Installation

1 . Remove the glove box housing. See GLOVE BOX HOUSING. Remove the dust and pollen filter assembly from the evaporator. See Fig. 1.

2 . Remove the filter (A) from the housing (B), and replace the filter. See Fig. 2.

3 . Install the filter in the reverse order of removal. Make sure that there is no air leaking out of the evaporator.

GLOVE BOX HOUSING

Removal & Installation

1 . While holding the lower glove box (A), release the damper (B) and remove the glove box stop (C) on each side. See Fig. 3.

2 . Remove the bolts, then remove the lower glove box (A). See Fig. 4. Install the lower glove box in the reverse order of removal.
