my car interior lights flickered and nothing happened when I turned the key(it was dead). I tried to jump it and as soon as I attached the jumper cable the horn started to blow. The van wouldn't jump either. Now its totally dead, not even the door locks work. I don't know what to do. Can someone give me so ideas to look into about this?

Hi arain471,

Check the battery terminals for looseness. If the battery is bad, jump starting would trigger the alarm system. After the jumper cables are connected, you would need to disarm the alarm system first.
