2000 Honda Odyssey dirty gas

2000 Honda Odyssey 120000 miles

I ran out of gas and, like an idiot, refilled the gas from an old gas can that I just added new gas to. Turns out the gas can had water and dirt and debris in it from being left outside and I put it all into my gas tank. My dad pumped all of the water and stuff out but it seems to be clogged now. Where is the fuel filter and what do we need to do to clean the fuel system out all of the way and get this thing running again?
