When someone tells me my car needs a tune up, what is normally included in that?

You are near 90k service, 90k service include oil change, trans. Service, coolant, air filter, ac filter, brake inspection, brake fluid change, differential fluid change, tire rotation and inspection of suspension components. Did you have your valve clearance check at 60K, if not recommend to check the valve clearance. Your spark plugs are due at 110k.
