I have a 91 Honda CRX with 230,000miles on it. It used to have heat but it slowly faded away. I got the radirator replaced, I replaced the thermostat, and the heater core is not clogged. I took both lines off the heater core and shot water through it with a pressure washer and water flowed easily. The fan in the car also blows strong so its not the fan. What could be the problem that im not getting heat?

Bleed the cooling system and look for a heater control valve attached to the hose. Check the air mix or blend door for binding.

Pull the Stat back out and retest it, there's such thing as bad new thermostat.

Always bleed air from cooling system after replacing coolant. Set heater for maximum heat. Remove radiator cap. Loosen drain plug and remove drain bolt (if equipped) from engine block. Drain coolant reservoir. Fill coolant reservoir to MAX mark with 50/50 water-coolant mixture. Loosen bleed bolt and fill radiator up to base of filler neck. Close bleed bolt when coolant flows out without bubbles. Tighten bleed bolt. With radiator cap removed, start and operate engine to normal operating temperature. Add coolant if necessary and check for leaks
