Sometimes, gear would stick in and won't come out, only after a few clutch pedal presses. Master cylinder changed 2 years ago, slave cylinder checked, no damage or leakage. Also, when pressing clutch pedal slowly when idle, I can feel some clear vibration of the pedal around midway. What could be the problem? Thanks.

Grinding and hard to engage/disengage gears are the two most common causes of a failing clutch and/or hydraulic system. When you add the chatter that you are feeling, I would just go ahead and replace the clutch and related components.

Let me know if you have questions but you have quite a few symptoms of needing a clutch.

Many thanks. Will now go ahead and have it taken out to see if it needs replacing.
