I just bought a new crv.I ordered and received front and rear set covers for it.I need to know how the two rear outside head restraints are removed. The center one has the push in button to release the headrest as does the two front set headrests. The two outside Rear seat restraints do not have this push in button to remove them. Obviously I need to remove them to put the seat covers on. The owners manual only addresses the push in release restraints, but does not address the two in the back. They have a little cap where the release would normally be. Do they actually remove? Can you tell me how to remove them? Thanks. Dan

Using a flat-tip screwdriver, push it into the notch at center of the knob to release the tab. Using a 5mm thickness flat-tip screwdriver, insert it in one side of the notches on both sides of the knob, then the knob is moved out about 2mm. Then pull the headrest out. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
