2005 Honda CRV CABIN AIR FILTER

I got my oil change at a local express mobil oil change place. They recommended that I replace the cabin air filter. They charged me 39.99 for the filter. I went on-line and found out it sell for 7.98. I don't know how i'm going to deal with this. I want to report Them to the better business burreau. I don't think they would give me a refund since I already signed the service contract. Please advise, thanks.

Of course the price is going to be cheaper online, everything is.

What you have to remember is that prices greatly vary between manufacturers. Was this filter OEM? Aftermarket? If so, what manufacture? Was the $39.99 with labour or without?
