The blower motor for my AC/heater stopped blowing. I took out the blower and tested it with an external power source- it worked fine. I can't find any fuse to blame for the problem either. I tested the lead going into the fan and it appears to register a voltage. Am I dealing with a bad switch or maybe a blown relay? And is this a "home-fixable" problem?

How much voltage did you get at the blower motor? Also, did you check the ground side of the circuit?

I don't remember the voltage- but I solved the problem with a replacement blower motor resistor.
