2002 Honda CRV Timing Belt

My Honda dealer told be that the timing belt needs to be looked at & changed around 160,000km. Upon checking the internet , I was informed that Honda changed the belt for the 2002 to a "timing chain" and therefore there is no need to check & replace.

Is there truth to this statement?

It is totally true-it has no belt. But remember timing chain they do stretch.
