2002 Honda CRV Rumbling Noise

When you hit the brakes above 45 mph, you both hear and feel a rumbling vibration and noise coming from the L front tire area. The discs are not scarred at all. I am wondering what it could possibly be, so I can save up to fix it/have it fixed. I am a disabled vet on a fixed income.

How do you know the rotors are not scoured? Did you check both sides with a dial gauge?

Some possibilities:
-brake rotor (most common)
-brake pads
-wheel bearing (being the least common for this type of noise)
