I have a 2002 Honda CRV. Today the blower just quit blowing as I was driving. I've checked the fuses and all seem fine. When I turn the ac on, the cooling fan at front of car comes on along with the compressor for about 2 seconds and then shuts off. Looking over the posted question on the site I found a similar problem and got the instruction on retrieving diagnostic trouble codes. I ran the test and got 12 blinks. What does this mean and what can I do to correct the problem?

Thanks

You have a blower motor circuit issue. Pull the blower motor (located behind the glovebox) connector out. Test for power and ground with the blower switch on. If you have both, replace the motor.

Thanks for the reply F4I_guy. I was able to get a copy of the Honda service manual and follow the troubleshooting instructions for the Blower Motor circuit. Turns out the power transistor was bad. I replaced it and the blower is working again.
