1998 Honda CRV service problems/longevity

We are considering buying a Honda CRV with 175,000 miles. Never owning a Honda, our question is what types of service problems are common to this make/model and what is a considered "high mileage" for this car?

Not many service problems. If the timing belt hasn't been done recently, you'll have to do that. Check the vehicle for oil leaks, oil pan gaskets and cam seals are common area. Check all the balljoints (also common).
