I recently replaced the oxygen sensor for a 1994 Honda Civic DX 1.5 liter hatchback with 133000 miles. Should it be getting better gas mileage?

Your replacing the oxygen sensor should make your car run more efficiently. The effect on gas mileage may be very slight.
