Hi I have a honda civic, 93,252000 miles, automatic and it had a leak so I changed the head gasket valves. Another problem came about. The two middle spark plugs werent firing so I checked the distributer cap and changed it along with the rotor. The problem is still there. Besides the non firing it also had carbon on the plugs and the car back fired as well as shook and the car turns off when I stop completely and the battery light comes on. Ive put in new plugs twice.I need help before this car drains my pockets. I wish I had taken my classes already. I know you guys can help me

Those plugs should be expected to be carboned up. They are not firing properly. Have you looked to see if there is spark to the wire from the distributor cap? I have not heard you say the wires were replaced. They are very important and fragile pieces of the puzzle.
