Check for power at the main starter terminal, and power (twelve volts) at the small starter solenoid wire if this is okay the starter is stuck or faulty. If no power at the main terminal on the starter check battery connections are clean and tight and if no power with key on crank at solenoid, start at ignition switch and check power in and out of switch there and if that is okay. Look at the transmission range switch, this is the large electrical switch external on the transmission this switch stops power going to the starter when transmission is in gear so it only starts in park and neutral. These switches can fail and also come out of alignment causing a no start condition, but start with the starter checks first.
