a/c vents only work on the out side of my 1996 civic coupe

it is a ex coupe and the ones next to the door only works i checked the plumbing and it is hooked up or seems to be what should i check next the deforst works find and the floor vents works there is no clog or anything like that do i just have a week blower or what

I would say that the fan is fine. The outside vents are typically the farthest and would require more to blow. You must have a damper that is not opening.
