I recently wrecked my car. The damage was 11,000 and its been six weeks and my car still isnt ready. Should it have been totaled?

Hi there,
That is the job of the insurance assessor, they will not authorize a repair if it is not with in the pricing and guide lines they work with, there may be a delay on parts or back log of work at the panel shop, I would be asking them what is the delay.
