2005 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My car is shaking like a tire is about to blow. We've looked at all tires the tread seems to be ok. My fiance says it could be the steering wheel or a CV axel about to mess up. What is wrong with my 05 Honda Civic LX?Please Help!Thanks for your time!

Many things can cause a shake or shimmy.

Bent rim
bad tire
bent suspension component
mis-balanced wheel
worn cv joints
warped rotors.

If its a warped rotor, you should be able to feel a pulsation in the brake pedal when hitting the brakes.
